Epub Translator ("we," "our," or "the Service") is an AI-powered e-book translation tool operated by Meside AI. We help users translate foreign language content they legally own or have rights to use, for personal learning, research, and reading.
Technology Tool Provider: We are a technology tool provider, not a content producer. We provide automated translation software and do not create, edit, or produce content. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of translation results.
Important:
- Copyright of translations belongs entirely to you (the uploader); we do not own, claim, or participate in any copyright of translation results.
- We only provide AI translation technology tools; we are not responsible for translation output or how you use it.
- All rights and responsibilities for translation results are yours. You may use, distribute, or publish them as you see fit, subject to applicable law.
Under common copyright principles in many jurisdictions, translated works are derivative works. When you use our tool, you (as the commissioning party and user of the result) hold full copyright to the translation output. We do not participate in content creation and do not claim any rights to your translations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meside AI (the service operator) is registered. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
These Terms together with our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy constitute the complete agreement for your use of this service. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Disclaimer, these Terms prevail for obligations and conduct; the Disclaimer prevails for limitations of liability and disclaimers.
